Designed by Dallas-based HDF, the Class AA office tower features 22 floors of office, 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and private green roof gardens with expansive views. La Rue Perdue is a European cobblestone alleyway at the base of the building which will feature seven boutique restaurant and retail concepts.
